Why cauliflower is an important diet for my diabetic food plan?

Cauliflower is really important for our weekly diabetic plan because it includes vitamin D, omega 3 and 6 with 6 types of anti-fat acids. In fact it also contains Selenium (a well known mineral helps to eliminate toxin material in proper healthy immune system).

Benefits of using Cauliflower:
Cauliflower as weekly meal is important because it consists kilojoules and lots fibres. They are rich in vitamin C that is necessary in 50% of daily need, which helps human body to defend cells from damaging high blood glucose. They are excellent source of folic acid potassium and vitamin B6, but according to a research one should not use over to a level cause it can have a small risk of lungs problem, stomach, digestive system and rectal cancers. So in the end I came to a point that the use of cauliflower in diabetic diets once in a week can make my healthy diabetic life.
